Founded by Antonio Quaranta and his wife Alzira, our humble beginnings featured traditional sweets like cotton candy, brittle, and our distinctive carob honey nougat. This workshop allowed us to showcase these origins and the evolution of our products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interactive Nougat Making Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nEvent participants had a rare opportunity to dive into the heart of Quaranta production by directly engaging in the nougat making process. Under the guidance of our expert artisans, they crafted their own Nougat Passion\u00ae cakes, using freshly made nougat and choosing quality dried fruits to adorn their creations\u2014a testament to the skill and precision required in our craft.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-wp-editing=\"1\"><strong>Celebration of Tradition and Innovation<\/strong><br \/>\nThe workshop was not just a return to our roots; it was a celebration of ongoing innovation. At Quaranta, we are committed to blending traditional methods with cutting-edge techniques to create products that exceed expectations and set new market trends.
