Since 1924, the Quaranta family has transformed local confectionery traditions into globally recognized delights. Founded by Antonio Quaranta and his wife Alzira, our workshop began by crafting classic sweets like carob honey nougat, brittle, and cotton candy, embodying the essence of local craftsmanship.
From the early days of our laboratory recipe book, with its precise doses and ingredients, to today, some recipes, such as the historic soft almond nougat recipe No. 101, have remained unchanged for a century!
