Our machines are, in fact, the same as before but computerized, capable of mixing the ingredients in the right quantities. It’s the application of a traditional and artisanal method through technological tools. This way, our product is softer, fluffier, and richer, of superior quality.
Our efforts are aimed at ensuring a significantly higher quality compared to large-scale industrial production. This choice entails greater commitment and effort, with production cycles that often require manual artisanal interventions after processing. Industria Dolciaria Quaranta participates in major trade fairs. We export to over 50 countries worldwide, including Europe, the United States, Australia, and the Middle East. We also participate in confectionery, food, and gourmet events on three continents: Europe, Asia, and the United States.
