Una storia di passione e artigianalità, nata in un piccolo laboratorio nel cuore del centro storico di Caravaggio, grazie al fondatore Antonio Quaranta.
Inizia così la storia del torrone della famiglia Quaranta, con un ricettario scritto nel 1924 che ancora oggi è il riferimento principale per ogni nostra ricetta: Antonio Quaranta ci ha lasciato l’indicazione precisa di dosaggi e ingredienti, grazie ai quali alcuni dei torroni originari sono ancora in produzione oggi, dopo quasi 100 anni.
Perché definiamo il nostro prodotto dolciario Inimitabile? Perché non si può riprodurre la forte passione tramandata da padre in figlio per tre generazioni, unita all’esperienza maturata in più di 90 anni di storia. Il risultato è un prodotto dolciario 100% Made in Italy, con un livello di qualità che supera ogni aspettativa.
La nostra forza è il nostro legame con la tradizione, che ci caratterizza e rende orgogliosi. Dal 2015 la nostra sede è in un modernissimo stabilimento realizzato secondo i più alti standard igienico sanitari, ma sempre a Caravaggio, il luogo dove è nato il Torrone Quaranta; per un prodotto innovativo e di qualità, che raccoglie tutta la tradizione della nostra sapiente lavorazione.
La tradizione si fonde con l’innovazione anche nei macchinari: torroniere in rame come una volta ma processi controllati per il dosaggio degli ingredienti, i tempi di lavorazione e la garanzia di qualità assoluta. Tutte le nostre macchine sono uguali a quelle di una volta ma computerizzate e in grado di mescolare gli ingredienti nella quantità giusta: è l’applicazione di un metodo tradizionale e artigianale attraverso strumenti tecnologici.
In questo modo il nostro prodotto non ha eguali: risulta più morbido, spumoso e ricco, qualitativamente superiore.

Nel 2022 l’Industria Dolciaria Quaranta, specializzata nella produzione di torroni e croccanti dal 1924, è stata riconosciuta come eccellenza italiana. Abbiamo ricevuto il riconoscimento delle istituzioni, Regione Lombardia e Confimi, che ci hanno fatto visita nel nostro stabilimento, con i loro massimi esponenti. Un riconoscimento importante per chi, come noi, fa impresa da generazioni, con prodotti d’eccellenza destinati a tutti i Paesi del mondo.
L’attenzione e la passione che mettiamo nel nostro lavoro continueranno a guidarci nel sostenere il Made in Italy nel mondo. Abbiamo iniziato a far conoscere i nostri prodotti all’estero tramite fiere ed eventi di settore, che ci hanno dato fin da subito riscontri molto positivi. Oggi la nostra produzione destinata per più del 70% al mercato estero e i nostri prodotti si trovano in Europa, Australia, Stati Uniti, Arabia Saudita, Giappone e Canada.
I nostri prodotti dolciari sono diventati così famosi da aver avuto l’onore di essere presenti in un negozio dell’ Highgrove House, una delle residenze di re Carlo III d’Inghilterra.
