SINCE 1924, ONE SINGLE RECIPE
Quaranta nougat is still produced today in Caravaggio, following the original “101 White Nougat” recipe written by founder Antonio Quaranta.
Now as then, only a few carefully selected ingredients are used to create the soft texture of our nougat: premium-quality honey, freshly toasted crunchy almonds, caramelized sugar, and egg whites.
Even today, we proudly sign every piece.

OUR CREATION
Nougat passion®
We were the first and passionate creators of the Nougat Passion® concept. Starting from the original recipe written in 1925 by our founder Antonio Quaranta, we developed a new and captivating idea of nougat: combining, with true artisanal passion, real pastry creams, jams, biscuits, and much more with the enveloping softness of our nougat.
The packaging and presentation of these products have also evolved accordingly, embracing a design that is appealing, minimal, and highly impactful.

We celebrate our heritage by continuing to produce the original extra soft nougat - torrone tenero extra - crafted with the same precision and respect described in the recipe book written by Antonio Quaranta in 1925.
